the lighting in the room was awkward too. the refreshments provided were nice, and the extra comforts like the herbal patch and facial mask were a nice surprise. We appreciated the variety in pillows to choose from and the location was great.
The cleanliness needed improvement.

I had the most comfortable stay at this hotel. The amenities provided for guest comfort were really good, including a herbal patch and facial mask provided as extras. The pillow selection made my sleep experience superb. The hotel staff was friendly and provided great service. Plus, the location was perfect as it was easily accessible by transportation.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the refreshments offered at the hotel. They were of high quality and quite refreshing. Another aspect that I appreciated was the selection of pillows that were available for additional comfort. the location of the hotel was quite convenient for my needs.
There were also a few negative aspects that I experienced during my stay. For instance, the breakfast menu was exactly the same every day and by 7.30 am most of the food had already run out.

they really hit the spot after a long day of work. the bed sheets and towels were changed regularly, and the room was kept tidy by the staff. the location was quite convenient, as it was located close to the main business district.
There were a couple of things that dampened my experience. the breakfast menu was unvaried, and by the time I got there, there wasn't much left to choose from.
